Love this: (somehow I read it as simultaneously brilliant and crap). Being a bit less emotionally ambidextrous than you, I usually FIRST read it as brilliant, and then, deflatingly, as crap! Hence, a quick re-read is delightful. A second one, deadly! 🙂 I like your other advice about exercise, taking breaks if you need them, watching for signs of burnout, and writing in community.
